Position is primarily responsible for assisting with the administration, communication, and analysis of Baker Hughes' retirement benefit programs, interpretation of related policies and procedures, and compliance with appropriate laws and regulations. Position will also provide general support on all other benefit programs.
Provided HR support to over 4,000 employees (i.e. Ex-Patriots, Foreign, Sub-Contract & Local Nationals).
Served as Lead Investigator for all allegations pertaining to misconduct and / or policy violations.
Administered corrective-action process relating to misconduct and / or policy violation counseling.
Full life-cycle recruiting to include recruitment of construction, administrative, PSM, HS&E, IT, HR and Project Management.
Coached leaders on staffing, development and employee relation issues. Kept an organization staffing chart. Met with managers to determine staffing needs/requirements; Discuss and plan sourcing strategies with hiring managers.
Maintained site staffing by handling promotional packets, internal job postings, personnel requisitions, transfers.
Reviewed resumes, conducted job interviews; prepared correspondence related to candidates (i.e. offer letters); completed employee performance evaluations as well as and After Action Reviews
Acted as point of contract for insurance benefits, processed U.S. Department of Defense military identification cards and passports.
Maintained travel support for over 400 employees for vacation travel, demobilization, medical leaves, emergency leave, and leave without pay; As well as informing employees of updates regarding KBR procedures and international travel guidelines.
