Designed and developed energy efficiency programs for both commercial and residential applications. Programs which promoted and taught others how to implement my concept of what I call “Total Facility Optimization”. A process/or methodology that can significantly reduce a facility’s electrical consumption by means of increasing the inductive load performance through optimization of its power consumption. My primary focus was to provide this system knowledge to those mechanical, HVAC and electrical contractors, and their technicians, who could best utilize this knowledge in order to provide their customers with proven energy efficiency solutions. Solutions that would considerably reduce electrical consumption and improve operational efficiencies within any given facility and at the same time are accomplished with an average ROI of 24 to 36 months. To expand these efforts on a national scale, I developed local governmental program that could provide this training and create more sustainable jobs on the basis of capitalizing on the emerging “GREEN” industries; as well as, meeting and being in compliance with recent State and Federal mandates and laws. This program was first implemented by St. Lucie County, Florida in June 2010 and is now being considered by other municipalities.
