In his last assignment in the Army, Jay oversaw Recruiting(Sales) Operations for the Lake Jackson Army Career Center and helped guide it to be the top Recruiting Station in the Houston Recruiting Battalion.
Jay has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Post University and will earn an MBA from Colorado State University in May 2017.
