Make sure right chemicals and chemical amounts are used during each stage keeping the pH and the viscosity where it needs to be in order for the gel to carry the proppant down hole
Perform water dehydration and cross-link pad test to make sure that water and chemicals are compatible for job before the start of a job
Perform water analysis when needed to check what chemicals are pronounced in the water
Perform sand analysis to reassure right proppant is going down hole according to job specifications
Able to run jobs with Slick water or Gel (crosslink) System
Fill out Treatment Reports after each Stage
Day to day coaching for QA's to become Fluid Techs in the field
Calculations: Total pipe time; Frac Gradient (Vertical & Horizontal); all the chemical rates; RPM's on sand-screws; Proppant per minute; Bottom-hole treating pressure; hydraulic horsepower; hydrostatic pressure; wellhead treating pressure..etc
